These terms govern your use of the Side Money app. By using the App, you agree to them.

1 Agreement to terms

By creating an account or otherwise using Side Money, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2 The service

Side Money provides educational and informational content and tools to help you discover, learn about, and get started with side hustles. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional business advice, and we do not guarantee any income or outcome from any hustle idea presented in the App.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. We verify this at signup by asking for your date of birth, and we'll refuse to create an account for anyone who doesn't meet this requirement. Some hustle ideas within the App list their own recommended minimum age — you're responsible for observing it before pursuing that hustle.

4 Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

5 Acceptable use

Be respectful of other users. Don't use friend requests, nudges, your display name, or your avatar to harass, impersonate, or spam anyone. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this.

6 Your content

You retain ownership of any photo or display name you provide, but grant us the license needed to store it and show it to your friends within the App, exactly as the App's features are designed to do.

7 No warranties

The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind — including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any business outcome from pursuing a hustle idea presented in the App.

9 Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

10 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
